Engineers and staff at Blueshore Engineering provided design, permitting, through Collier County, and construction inspection service for the redesign of the 150 acres Sabal Golf Course and new 13,633 SF Clubhouse. Included in the golf course design was excavation and expansion of existing lakes and modifications to the drainage system to fix years long drainage issues. Clubhouse supporting infrastructure including a new parking lot, decommissioning the potable water well, and designing a new potable water service from Immokalee Road were also included in our scope of service.
