The “Countryside 2.0” project in Naples, Florida, is a transformative $15 million civil engineering and architectural undertaking designed to modernize the community’s 40-year-old infrastructure. Completed in late 2025, the project nearly doubled the clubhouse’s footprint and significantly expanded its culinary capabilities with an upgraded central kitchen and three new dining venues. Blueshore Engineering served as a key technical partner, providing the civil design and land development expertise necessary to navigate Southwest Florida’s rigorous permitting landscape. Their role was critical in integrating the new 80,000-gallon resort-style pool, four lighted pickleball courts, and expanded parking facilities while managing complex stormwater requirements and supporting infrastructure to ensure the project stayed within budget—a rare and impressive feat for a development of this scale.
