Project entailed a complete clubhouse renovation and expansion, new pool /pool deck, new pool house, beach boardwalk, dune renourishment, parking lot modifications and supporting infrastructure. The project required a DEP Coastal Construction Control Line (CCL), South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), and Collier County Site Development Plan (SDP) permit. During construction SWFL experienced two significant Hurricane’s, however the project persevered and has truly completed the “one-of-a-kind” beach club on the pristine Gulf of Mexico.
